These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the sale of subscriptions to translation services offered by TranslatePro. These ToS apply to all paid subscriptions (Freelance, Pro, and Enterprise plans) subscribed through the TranslatePro website. The free plan is not subject to these ToS. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these ToS without reservation. These ToS complement the Terms of Service of the Service.

Subscription prices are indicated in US Dollars (USD) and may be billed monthly or annually with a 20% discount for annual subscriptions. Available plans: - Freelance Plan: $9.99/month or $95.99/year (5 million characters/month) - Pro Plan: $29.99/month or $287.99/year (25 million characters/month) - Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month or $959.99/year (100 million characters/month) Prices are indicated including all taxes (VAT included) for customers located in the European Union. For customers outside the EU, taxes may apply according to your jurisdiction. TranslatePro reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to current subscriptions but will take effect upon renewal of your subscription.

To subscribe to a paid plan: 1. You must create a TranslatePro account (Google authentication required) 2. Select the plan and billing period (monthly or annual) 3. Make payment via Stripe (credit card, PayPal, etc.) 4. Your subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation The subscription begins upon activation and automatically renews at the end of each billing period, unless terminated by you. You can modify your plan at any time (upgrade only during the current period). Changes take effect immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed via Stripe, our secure payment processor. TranslatePro accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods depending on your region. Payment is due immediately upon subscription. For automatically renewed subscriptions, payment is automatically charged on each due date. You authorize TranslatePro to automatically charge subscription fees to your registered payment method. It is your responsibility to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information. In case of payment failure, TranslatePro reserves the right to suspend your access to the Service until payment is regularized. After 30 days of non-payment, your subscription will be automatically terminated.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: TranslatePro offers a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. To request a refund: - Contact our customer service at [email protected] - Provide your account number and reason for your request - The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law or in exceptional cases at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Partial (pro-rated) refunds are not available for annual subscriptions after the guarantee period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation by user: - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period - No refund is granted for the current period (except under the 30-day guarantee) - Your data and translation history are retained for 90 days after cancellation Termination by TranslatePro: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately in case of: - Violation of ToS or Terms of Sale - Non-payment after 30 days - Fraudulent or abusive activity - Illegal use of the Service In case of termination for legitimate reason, no refund will be granted.

TranslatePro reserves the right to: - Modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all parts of the Service at any time - Modify features, quotas, or plan limits - Modify subscription prices (changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals) In case of substantial modification of the Service or prices that negatively affects your subscription, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. You will then have the right to cancel your subscription without fees within 30 days of notification. Minor modifications or Service improvements do not entitle you to fee-free cancellation.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these ToS falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. In accordance with European regulations, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from the rights provided by the European directive on consumer rights.
