How does character billing work?
Each translation consumes characters based on the length of the source text. Documents typically use more characters due to additional processing. Your quota renews each month.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You can continue using the service by paying per use. Pay-as-you-go rates are slightly higher than monthly plans. We will notify you before you reach your limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are billed prorated. You cannot downgrade during the current billing period.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes! New users automatically receive 500K extra characters as a welcome bonus, in addition to their free monthly quota (~25 pages).
What is the maximum file size I can translate?
File size limits vary by plan: Free (10MB), Freelance (50MB), Pro and Enterprise (200MB). These limits allow you to translate everything from small documents to large PDFs and presentations.
