By accessing and using the TranslatePro service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These ToS constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and TranslatePro regarding your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

TranslatePro is an online translation platform that provides automated translation services for text and documents using Microsoft Azure Translator technology. The Service allows you to: - Translate text in real-time between 100+ languages - Translate entire documents (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, HTML, CSV, MD) while preserving formatting - Automatically detect source language - Maintain translation history (depending on your subscription plan) The Service is provided "as is" and TranslatePro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating via Google (Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account TranslatePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these ToS, fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason at our sole discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these ToS. You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes - Transmit, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable - Violate the intellectual property rights of others - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or computer systems - Use robots, automated scripts, or other means to access the Service excessively - Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written authorization - Use the Service to create a competing service Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal action.

The Service offers several subscription plans (Free, Freelance, Pro, Enterprise) with different monthly character quotas. - Free Plan: 500,000 characters/month (~25 pages) - Freelance Plan: 5 million characters/month (~250 pages) - Pro Plan: 25 million characters/month (~1,250 pages) - Enterprise Plan: 100 million characters/month (~5,000 pages) Monthly quotas automatically renew each month. Unused characters do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your monthly quota, you can continue using the Service by paying per use (overage rates). You will be notified before reaching your limit. New users receive a welcome bonus of 500,000 additional characters on top of their monthly quota.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSLATEPRO PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TranslatePro does not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free - The results obtained will be accurate, reliable, or complete - Defects will be corrected TranslatePro shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service - Translation errors or consequences of their use In all cases, TranslatePro's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

TranslatePro reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or via a notification on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account. It is your responsibility to regularly review these ToS to stay informed of any changes.
